Summer is coming

Summer is fast approaching and big changes have taken place on the small farm in Seseglio.
From above you can see how much work has been done:
Thanks to the heavy rainfall in recent weeks, the American grape cuttings that were planted are sprouting vigorously. The new concrete and iron poles have been planted and several coloured beehives have been set up near the vineyard.
The pastureland behind the forest was cleared, and shrubs, walnuts and chestnuts from the Lattecaldo nursery were planted.
The fruit trees and berries, although severely affected by the late frosts, have taken root well and are growing as luxuriantly as the grass, which is sprouting up everywhere.
A large number of herbs and vegetables were planted in the area covered by the tarpaulin ahead of schedule. A small part is planted with red maize and potatoes.
We look forward to reaping the first fruits!
