A new chocolate flavour, produced in Ticino by Chocolat Stella, was born from the idea of combining Gin Bisbino with organic and fair-trade coffee from Caffè Chicco d'Oro.
Honey
On the Seseglio farm, thanks to the involvement of organic beekeeper Ivano Lurati, several hives were set up in 2021.
The bees, whose role is fundamental in ensuring the maintenance of biodiversity, have given us a unique and precious honey.
