An unfiltered organic blond ale with moderate alcohol content. The original recipe, based on organic malt and hops, gives it clean and smooth, sweet and slightly fruity notes. The low fermentation and subsequent cold maturation (lager bier style) enhance its clean and subtle taste making it perfect for any occasion. The genuine simplicity of Birra Matta still surprises: light and sincere always!

BIO RED BEER
Matta Rossa is an unfiltered organic amber ale. A beer that presents itself with a beautiful bright copper color and a creamy white foam.
On the nose it reveals fruity and biscuity notes and on the palate it releases slight hints of malt and caramel, well balanced by the generous hopping.
This amber ale, which takes inspiration from the easy-drinking nature of Anglo-Saxon ales, thanks in part to its moderate alcohol content, is both intense and light.
